Bayley's Northlands strength is our team. I am fortunate to lead a team of world-class, results-orientated operators in a number of locations Northland-wide. Bayleys offers a service-focused client experience with well-connected and knowledgeable agents from the Far North to Kaipara.

The Bayleys level of service is not value-dependant. Whether the sale is $60,000 or $67 million, our focus is always on executing high-quality, comprehensive marketing campaigns and confidently negotiating the best possible results for our vendors.

In the residential space, it's about following a well-refined, proven process that has achieved industry-leading results. Anyone can promise a price; however, my team have the skills and ability to achieve the best price in today's market. Be it waterfront, inner city, lifestyle, sections or developments, we have agents accomplished at serving vendor's specific needs.

In the Country space, we have individuals that know how to leverage being part of NZs leading country real estate brand. They are constantly out in the field and outsell anyone else in the area of dairy, beef, horticulture or forestry. Our databases are far-reaching; we have buyers and networks across NZ and the globe.

Our commercial team leverage the world-class and NZ-leading Bayleys Commercial team. The Northland buyer is investing all over NZ, and we know how to find those buyers and offer world-class advice around industrial, commercial, development or investment-linked leases.
